About Me

Hi, I'm DeAndre' Coulter, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Home Right Lending. I grew up in West Seattle and now live in the Covington/Maple Valley area with my wife and our two daughters. After a successful career in tech sales at Zillow, Shopify, and ADP, I decided to pursue my true passion: helping families achieve homeownership and financial stability through real estate.

I serve first-time buyers, growing families, veterans, and homeowners exploring refinances or HELOCs. My approach is simple: educate you on your options, support you at every step, and help you feel confident in each decision—always with honesty, integrity, and a "treat you like family" mindset.

Outside of work, I'm usually spending time with my family, staying active at the gym or on the basketball court, or relaxing with music, podcasts, or a good video game. I'm passionate about building relationships and making the mortgage process clear, stress-free, and tailored to each client's goals.
